game-day event staffing

All students must staff at least two events (2.5 points each) approved by the professor.

In these events, students will work in tandem with UNG and/or UGA Sports Communications game-day event staff to earn practical experience. Specific expectations for each staffing opportunity -- timing, location, dress code, responsibilities -- will be communicated directly to the students selected for a particular event, but in general, all participants are expected to maintain a sense of professionalism when out of the classroom setting. Be on time (this means early), personable, accommodating, and appropriately respectful of those you're shadowing and working with in these settings.
